Returns and Exchanges

                                    Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is to be returned you need to have all the original packing. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused. 

Please note that we can only offer an exchange if we have the product that you would like to receive in stock. 

Maria and Regina will first examine the item(s) and reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.  

South African orders: Our policy lasts 21 days. You have 21 days from the date your order ships to return your item. If 21 days have gone by since your order shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

International orders have a return window of 30 days from the date your order ships.

We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.

Exchange Timeframe:

You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange. Your exchange will be sent to the same address that your order was originally sent to.

Exchanges are unavailable for international orders. International customers to complete a return and a refund in terms of store credit will be processed by Maria and Regina.

In stock items:

Exchanges can take up to 5 - 7 days from the day we receive package from you.

Preorder items:

Exchanges can take up to 2 weeks from the day the return item is received from you.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Maria and Regina gift card.  The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order. Please note Refunds and exchanges exclude the original delivery fee.

Once we have received your return please allow up to 2-3 business days for your store credit to be issued and 7 business days for refunds.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns and exchanges.

Customs

Maria and Regina does not cover any customs or tax charges that may be applied when delivering to certain countries (outside of South Africa), customs are to be paid by the customer. 

Discount and coupon codes cannot be used on exchanges

All discounted items, sale or Black Friday items can not be returned or exchanged and are final.
